Where We Ship
We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes outside the contiguous states, or international addresses.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase and no weight or size surcharge. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email, as long as the item is in stock. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 5 to 9 business days.
Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 6 to 11 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak periods such as the holiday season can extend delivery times.
Order Tracking
You will receive email updates at each stage of your order: confirmation, processing, shipment, and delivery. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. You can also follow your package on our Track Your Order page.
Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us at contact@my-onesie.com right away. We can usually correct the address before the order ships, but not after.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking has not updated in 9 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at contact@my-onesie.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Shipping Delays and Your Right to Cancel
If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated above, we will notify you and offer you the choice of a new shipping date or a full refund, in line with the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail Order Rule. You may cancel your order at any time before it ships by contacting us.
