These Terms of Service govern your use of my-onesie.com (the “Site”), operated by LCRT Digital, LLC (“My Onesie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale.
1. USING THE SITE
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this Site or place an order. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We work to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that they are complete, current, or error-free. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. We may change or discontinue products at any time without notice.
6. USER CONTENT
If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt it in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
We may remove any user content at our discretion.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY ONESIE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LCRT Digital, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at contact@my-onesie.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve it within 60 days, either party may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing here prevents either party from bringing a claim in small claims court.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
14. CHANGES OF THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
