This Privacy Policy explains how LCRT Digital, LLC (“My Onesie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit my-onesie.com or place an order.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe’s secure system and is never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, and the pages you view. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
- Process, fulfill, and ship your orders
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications
- Respond to your questions and support requests
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Understand how visitors use our Site so we can improve it

Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the store:
- Stripe, to process payments
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
- Google Analytics, to measure Site traffic
- Our website host and email provider, to operate the Site and send order notifications
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working, remember your preferences, and measure Site traffic through Google Analytics. Google Analytics collects information about your visit and processes it under Google’s own privacy policy.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.
Marketing Emails
We send marketing emails only to customers who have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Order confirmations and shipping updates are transactional and are sent regardless.
Data Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle returns and support requests, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s default retention settings.
Security
Our Site uses SSL encryption, and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you;
- request a copy of that information;
- request that we correct inaccurate information;
- request that we delete your information;
- opt out of marketing emails;
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We extend these rights to all US customers, regardless of state. To make a request, email contact@my-onesie.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity by confirming details from your order, and respond within 45 days.
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We sell children’s and baby clothing, but those purchases are made by adults. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
